   Arrival in Tanzania – Welcome to Arusha

   Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your Ngotea Distinctive Safaris representative will greet you. Transfer to Moivaro Lodge in Arusha, nestled in a tranquil garden setting, to relax after your journey. Enjoy the scenic views of Mt. Meru and prepare for the adventures ahead.    Day 2

   Arusha National Park Game Drive

   After breakfast, you’ll drive to the nearby Arusha National Park, a hidden gem known for its varied landscapes and diverse wildlife. You'll enjoy a full-day game drive, exploring lush forests, open savannah, and the scenic shores of Momella Lakes. Keep your eyes peeled for giraffes, zebras, buffalo, waterbucks, and the elusive colobus monkeys. Mount Meru provides a breathtaking backdrop throughout the day.    Day 3

   Full-Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

   Today, you head to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. The park offers an excellent chance to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, wildebeest, buffalo, giraffes, and many species of birds. You'll enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site within the park before continuing your game drive through this rich ecosystem.    Day 4

   Ngorongoro Crater Exploration – Return to Arusha

   After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic safari destinations in Africa. The crater floor hosts an astonishing concentration of wildlife, including the endangered black rhino, lions, hippos, and thousands of wildebeests and zebras. Enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch within the crater. Afterward, ascend and return to Arusha, where you’ll once again stay at Mount Meru Game Lodge.    Day 5

   Leisure Day in Arusha

   This day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. You may choose to relax at the lodge, explore Arusha town, or visit a local market or cultural centre. Optional activities can be arranged on request.    Day 6

   Flight to Zanzibar – Arrival in Stone Town

   After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Arusha Airport for your domestic flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport, a driver will transfer you to Kholle House in Stone Town. The rest of the day is spent at leisure exploring this historic town with its winding alleys, old mosques, spice markets, and Swahili-Arabian architecture. Stay: Kholle House · Meals: Breakfast

   Day 7

   Explore Stone Town at Leisure

   Today you have the full day to discover the UNESCO-listed Stone Town. You may choose to visit the former slave market, the House of Wonders, Forodhani Gardens, or take a guided walking tour through the alleys. You can also enjoy optional excursions such as a spice tour or a boat trip to Prison Island. In the evening, return to your boutique hotel to relax. Stay: Kholle House · Meals: Breakfast

   Day 8

   Transfer to Jambiani – Relax on the Beach

   After breakfast, you'll be picked up and transferred to the peaceful southeast coast of Zanzibar, arriving at Mwezi Botique Resort in Jambiani.
