XakinBooking verifies every operator before a single listing goes live — licence, insurance, and a conversation with someone on our team. It is slower to join than the large marketplaces, and that is the point: a traveller who trusts the list books from it.

Applications are not open in the product yet
The console exists and works — bookings, availability and payouts are live for verified operators. The self-serve application form is next. Until then we onboard by hand.
