About this trip

This is a 6-day trek on the Marangu Route to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. The Marangu Route, often referred to as the 'Coca-Cola Route', offers a comfortable climbing experience with shared hut accommodations. Over the course of six days, trekkers will navigate through lush rainforests, open moorlands, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Mawenzi and Kibo peaks. This private trek is suitable for both solo adventurers and groups. The journey begins with an arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, followed by a transfer to Arusha. From there, climbers will embark on their trek, staying in huts along the route. The itinerary includes acclimatisation hikes and culminates in a summit attempt at Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. After reaching the summit, climbers will descend and celebrate their achievement before returning to Arusha.
